Updated Showtime to patch 1.36 and my game wasnt working anymore

Hello, I recently updated my sims 3 showtime to patch 1.36. Afterwards, I installed sims 3 lucky palms which was in a package file and can be downloaded to the launcher. Now, when I tried to press the play button from the launcher, it says "no game disc found, please insert the sims 3 showtime game disc before proceeding."
So i tried to mount an image through magic iso but the problem is , I cant find the .mds or .mdf file to mount it with. It seems like its not in my files anymore. What can i do to make my game run again?

Hello,
We don't mount the game at all, if you use the crack from the fix, you're all set.
The crack goes to the base game bin.

Download the latest Fix from here and copyt the files inside #crack to *\The Sims 3\Game\Bin not *\The Sims 3 Showtime\Game\Bin
If that still does not work are you running any Custom content or mods?

I did what you said and its still not working! Yes, I have custom content. And when the launcher appears, it says "there was an error during start up. Please see the logs for more details."

To find out what the log is telling you download TS3 Crash log analyzer .
Once you have ran it up the top it will tell you a list of possible problems and a date. Just take a screenshot and post it here.
one other person said the problem was caused by uninstalling Lucky Palms, and was fixed by deleting his DC and re-installing his CC (Don't do this solution until all else has been tried)

I have the same problem, too. I've installed 1.36 patch and followed step by step the fix crack. but then my TS3 pets has stopped working. what's the problem? What should I do?
