How to Help Us Help You (Please Read Before Posting a Problem with the Sims 3)

In order to help you better we ask that you provide the following information when requesting help for a Sims 3 Related Problem:
Did you Read and Follow the proper steps to install the Sims 3 and its Expansions/Stuff Packs found HERE ?
Have you tried searching our Forum for the answer to your problem?
What where you doing prior to the problem? (i.e. installing new content, adding a Mod, etc)
What patch level is your game at?
What mods (if any) do you have installed?
What are your system specs? OS? CPU? Installed RAM? GPU?
Providing this information for us will allow us to find a solution for you much faster so you can get back to having fun.
