my game stops and crashes. im using mac.

i have all the expansions installed and i have the latest game version

You need to be specific about when you receive your error message, if any, and at what point during gameplay your game crashes.

Does it crash after 10-20 minutes? Only in CAS? In build mode?

it crashes when im creating a new sim.
it will freeze and the game will close,the error message will pop out.

i also tried deleting the cache but the game still crashes.

What does the error message say?
