Replaced Retail Files - Now what? [SOLVED]

I own WA, Ambitions, and HELS, and replaced their files (along with the ones I've cracked).
Do I need to reinstall?

Have you replace the existing file with the new one? If yes, can you start and play the game ?

Yep. Did all that. And it all works flawlessly. In the middle of one of the installs, I read the warning in the README, so I got worried. But it works great.
