"Unhandled page fault" not letting me play game

"Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x00000000 at address 0x00000000. Do you wish to debug it ?"
So, I used the ultimate fix. Maybe I didn't place the files right? I'm a little terrified now because I don't want to re-install everything, especially since I lost half my original disks and was just trying to get Supernatural & Pets.
Any help? I'm using mac.
