probs since installing UL exp

hi so before UL came out all was great game worked perfectly
since installing i can no longer click on my sims to have them do things
i also have the same prob as every one else no uni calsses etc so deleted the caches removed mods etc
but alas still no change
so completely deleted the my docs sims folder and re added everything from scratch minus the store fixes and nrass mods
still no change

can anyone suggest anything?
