Battlefield 4

Are you ready for it? Anyone have buy the pre-order key? I really can't wait for that Madness, Sickness, Awesomeness and some other ness, ness, ness.

Yes buying more crappy EA games should help them realize the error of their ways...
Ok I don't really know if Battlefield is as bad as it looks, but to be honest, I don't care nether, since war games are kinda' been there done that. What I really hate about BF3 and BF4 is their engine. Or should I say, the fact that EA insists on forcing almost every developer to use Frostbite in their games, in all it's splendid greyness and poor optimization.

Battlefield is awesome, it's bring FPS to new level... it's not like Counter Strike anymore. In COD you still play multiplayer like old Counter Strike.

Well I don't know anything about it, but I'm pretty sure this isn't it:
Like I said, I don't really like this kind of shooter, but when I decide to play one I wanna get straight to the point, AKA shoot people with guns, not waste time driving RC toys rigged with TNT under tanks or figuring out how the Apache controls work.Counter-Strike also doesn't rape my eyes with over-shadered graphics or NOM 30GB of space off my hard-drive. Plus CS GO is $10 and that's it, no more paid content, you can buy an Operation Payback pass buy that's really just a form of donation for the map makers / modders, which... oh right, Battlefield doesn't have. Battlefield 3 is $60 + god knows how many more Benjamins for extra content and subscriptions.
Only reason I'm not calling it total **** is because nothing is worse than the Call of Duty 4 series.

Pre-ordered the game last week . The multiplayer gameplay they showed at E3 just blow my heads off . Cant wait to play this bad boy !

Yes,they will give you a real dog tag if you pre order the game . Not sure if all retailers offering this .

Woooh,1st time i saw the e3 moments of bf4 my head exploded... However i'm gonna give it a day or 2 before I buy ,since i still remember my mistake in RE Raccoon City.

My contribution to the COD/BF debate that was already pretty much closed up before now- I personally have no problem with either, I own both and play both, to be honest both have good graphics and decent storylines and both have decent multiplayer, when it comes down to it, I think its primarily the multiplayer fans who started this fued, not because of better sound, looks, or playability, but simply because each one caters to a different niche group within the FPS genre.
I also own all the CS games and while COD multiplayer is similar, it is not the same, e.g most of the people I've played on CS at least make an effort to communicate and generally be nice (most of the time) while on COD you just have a bunch of poor sports who ruin the game for others, which probably also contributes to the feud of which game is better.
Anyhow, I hope anyone who bothered to read all that can see that I'm not bashing any of the games, just making a few observations known.
I understand not liking EA, not many people do, but don't knock a game until you've tried it. Despite EA's involvement in the BF series, it actually is pretty good, in fact, it is one of the better FPS games out there. That said, not all youtube videos are representative of all gameplay. The vehicles and RC toys are purely optional, and not always present in any given match.
