Orange Posts? [SOLVED]

Admin, what do the posts with orange backgrounds mean? Sometimes mine have the orange background, and I've seen a couple of Admin's posts with it as well.

What does it mean?

It means someone has given you reputation for that particular response I believe.

I could be wrong however, but that seems what it means most likely.

If you open a new topic with, for example, a question, people will start to give advice / fixes, right? You can then "Thank" the best advice / fix of them all. You can do this with only one post and only the topic starter can do it.
The reputation buttons (+ and - at the left of the user's avatar in a post) can be used by all members. Though, you get "Reputation" points added for both of them.
