*UPDATE* Rich & Famous v2 IS HERE!


HEY ALL!!! Long-time no see...
I've been in hiding and not updating my Rich and Famous lot because it was impossible to fit the new stuff into the lot without a major revamp so I’m here to say that after months of work. Rich and Famous v2 will be out soon!
 
BUT NOW... what goes well with the Rich and Famous lot? After Island Paradise has launched: INTRODUCING the HOUSEBOAT version of Rich and Famous!
YES!!! I've managed to squeeze ... well ... most of the things... INTO A 17 X 22 lot that can move on WATER!!!

Lot Location: It’s a houseboat ... just place it at any port in Isla Paradiso
 
Description: A fully functional houseboat that suits all your needs! From dogs and cats in pets to workbenches in ambitions to PvZ in supernatural to (a bit of) seasons to bonfire in university to all the boats in island paradise to a sauna from sunlit tides, dragons from dragon valley and some seasonal variations in Seasons! A bit of everything awaits on this floating lot! Gardening on a houseboat?! Yep! Wait...is that a hot air balloon?! YEP YEP!
 
Requirement: EVERYTHING the Sims 3 have to offer...All expansion packs/Stuff packs/Store contents/Premium contents. Not that hard to do with G4TW
 
Downside: I'm not a magic maker...obviously some things have to go when a lot shrinks from 60 X 60 to 17 X 22...no basketball court no wishing well from lucky palms, no cowplant, only 1 master bed room, no horses allowed on the boat, not all the harvestable plants, no cars, no stage for Showtime, no mummy case from world adventures, no playground, no mini-pets ... BUT ALL IS WELL...
 
Mods that i used: Nraas mods found here. Professional mods so should not interfere with anything

Download Instruction:

1. Download the 2 files ("Rich & Famous BOAT!.Sims3Pack.001" and "Rich & Famous BOAT!.Sims3Pack.002") from the link above
   
   
2. Download HJSplit here. Choose your suitable platforms
   
   
3. Extract HJSplit.zip
   
   
4. Run HJSplit.exe which appears after extracting
   
   
5. Join the 2 file ("Rich & Famous BOAT!.Sims3Pack.001" and "Rich & Famous BOAT!.Sims3Pack.002") together
   
   
6. Place the file ("Rich & Famous BOAT!.Sims3Pack") into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads
   
   
7. Run Sims 3 Launcher and install Rich & Famous BOAT!
   

 
Custom contents: NONE. Everything is from the official Sims 3

Looks a bit... stuffed...

Cause it is stuffed lol...my main aim is to fit as much thing as possible for the best possible experience of all things Sims 3! A bit of Sunlit tides/aurora skies/dragon valley/seasons/pets/university etc.

Anyway watch out for my Rich & Famous v2 lot...it's stuffed yet in a very nice way...spacious and great!

Just noticed how cheap the underwater background looks. Seriously? It's just a void! Only it's blue! How the hell is that underwater?

It does looks like we at middle of nowhere

But at least better than the extreme black of the basement...i prefer the sea version

Yeah but extreme darkness underground makes sense, this blue void underwater... not really.

I love it - great job! It is stuffed to the brim, but it's not hard to move things around if needed so I can't wait to play with this in the game. Thanks!

TY Hope u have fun! Just be patient with the loading of the houses.

Maybe u can make a story about these 2 houses! I'm not good at doing those because i'm not patient with playing every time i try to make a official game for myself i end up using all the cheats possible and then give up playing!
