Scuba Diving - Low quality Empty Scuba Diving - Low quality

Post by Guest Sun 07 Jul 2013, 03:49

Hello,
I think I have a problem with Sciba Diving in Island Paradise EP.
When I tell my Sim to Scuba Dive, the quality turns to be very low underwater. Is it normal? How do I fix this?
I tried to delete the Cache files but it didn't change.Help

Hello,

More people have reported this problem. Try to turn off advanced rendering. Though keep in mind that may make the surfaceworld look awful Facepalm
Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

How do I check up my graphic drivers? I don't know how to do that🇳🇴
I can tell that I'm using NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M, That's all I know about my graphic drivers.

Go to the NVIDIA panel, and see if any updates are available.

My graphics cards are up to date but what I have found is my laptop with GTX you have to turn the rendering on/off. However my desktop with ATI Radeon graphics there's no problem if my detail lots is maxed, the underwater graphics are perfect without touching rendering. Maybe Nvidia will update their cards soon

Still having the problem, waiting for a EA patch and hopefully that's in there Sad
Going back and forth between advanced rendering on and off really messes up the game so I don't even dive because you can't see underwater
