Sims not showing! [SOLVED]

I have 4 sims but i can only see 2 of them! another 2 become invisible that i can't control them at all.

Hello,
There are a few things that you can do:
First, hold Shift+Ctrl+C and type testingcheatsenabledtrue. Then, hold the same keys again and this time type ResetSim (your invisible sims' names, be accurate).
Second, let your invisible sims stand in front of wardrobe and plan outfit. Plan 3 out of each outfit. Click the check mark and your sims will go back to normal.

What a nice trick! The first one don't help but the second does!

Well I mean the invisible sim that you cannot solve by this method. You said you've solved one and not the other one right?
