manual patch 1.55

i cant seem to download the manual patch 1.55 on my mac. whenever i click on the link, it just stays as a blank page and doesnt download anything. is there any other way i can download the manual patch other than that link? please help, ive already downloaded all the eps and sps and put the ultimate fix. all i have to do now is to patch it, but i cant because of this problem ):
