Keeping ISO's on internal HD
Is it necessary to keep the original .iso's in order for the game(s) to play? Should I keep base game .iso's & the last expansion (generations)?
They take up 5gb a piece&archiving them takes nearly 20hrs a pop.

Hello,
No, there's no need to keep those nore they need to be mounted in order to play. Though, if you delete them, you can not seed any more, which is not appreciated by the torrenting community.
