Sims 3 ******/***** mesh question

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I am looking for a nude outfit and ******/***** mesh that works with the games we download from G4TW. I was told that CMAR's do not work well with our games...and I am looking for something so my sims do not look like barbies when in the nude...If this is the wrong forum please direct me to the right one..if someone can help me..please please doooo

Also, the games uploaded by Games4theWorld are identical to the retail copies, so if something works fine with the retail versions, it will work fine with our uploaded ones.
