iPhone unblocking, help needed

Heya guys, right my little sister found an iPhone 4 and wants to keep it but its been puk/imei blocked and I was wondering if there is anyone that might be able to suggest some software to either jailbreak it or unlock it completely. I know its wrong that she doesn't want to hand it in but if you knew her circumstances you would totally understand. hope some one can help Zefie

I understand, but I'm afraid I'm not going to support that. How would you feel if you lost your precious iPhone? I'm pretty sure you'd want the person who finds it to hand it in, or at least try to find the owner. (Which would in that case be you)

If you do plan on ever giving it back to the owner, I recommend keeping it on (not on Airplaine Mode), so the owner can either call the phone, or use the "Lost my Phone" feature to leave a message on the phone, for you.
