Sims 3 didn't appear after launcher played. HELP pls.

Hi.. :newfag: i'd installed sims3 package include all esp, i had following instruction (The Sims 3 Update / Ultimate Fix - Mac Installation Guide Updated on: 25-01-2014), updating my version and applied crack. 
I got my launcher pop up but after click on play and green-sims-diamond appeared then nothing happen. sims keep playing opening music but nothing pop up (even when app active). *picture attached*. 
My buddy is mac book pro retina 15inch Processor  2.4 GHz Intel Core i7, Memory  8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and Graphics  NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB.
Please help me for this, its first time I'm using mac for gaming. really want to play . thanks before guys.

Hi.. no need to sorry.
Firstly move sims3.dmg (include all expansions installed) to my app, then i following instruction installation guide from no.3-10 and tried to update the game like step no.11-12 (succeed).
To next step, i try to applying crack like no.13 said.
So i tried to open game launcher, it works but until i click 'play' and green diamond appeared, then no image playing/ pop up, just music BG played.
i didn't know whats wrong. can you pls help. thanks

May I know where do you download your sims and EP?
Is it from games4world?

Also do you have any mods/CC/sims3pack currently installed?

I honestly have no knowledge what happened because I never downloaded that file before. Have you tried playing before you crack the game yet?
Since it seems like it was already cracked.

yes i have, there comes with crack file too.
btw, may i know where you downloaded you sims3? maybe i can used that one too.
