Followed guide line to a T and no pay off please help

Hello and How are you? 
Thank you for taking the time to read this and any way you can
is appreciated I had all pack minus seasons and island paradise which I downloaded from ya'll. I came on here to fallow the guide line to make sure it was done correctly always rereading a step to make sure. After I finished I doubled clicked my icon to try and play to see how it ran. The launcher doesn't even come up it just pops up an error that says Sims 3 launcher has stopped working. So i clicked on view problem details and this is what it says:

Hello shadowrose1189 and welcome,
Let's try this first. Look here and do the steps from #2 to #4:

This means, download that manual patch from step #2 first and then download +apply the Ultimate fix (steps #3 & #4). Do the steps exactly as written.
And when you are done with step #4, make a shortcut to the desktop from the (cracked) TS3W.exe in C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Use that TS3W.exe to start the game, instead of the launcher.

Thank you so much for your time and response. So I went back as you said and fallowed step #2-#4 manual patch and the fix. Then I created the short cut of the TS3W.exe
this is the error it gave me

Do you happen to get an "Error During Startup" error when you try to launch the game via the Game Launcher?

When I try to start via launcher this is the error I get.

Please forget the launcher for now. Instead, have a look at this video here and do the steps shown there:
Note that if your Windows is 32-bit, then the registry location is different than the one shown in the video. Namely HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Sims.
And after you checked the video, please make sure again to double-check the guide I posted at first. And re-do the steps from #2 to #4, very closely. This is really important. Good luck.
