Can't install sims 3 with the fix

So when i went to get a fix the one for the sims 3 i installed it and when i opened up the sims 3 launcher it said incorrect installation and just exits out i did not try to crack a pirated sims 3 it was a legit one why am i cracking it? well i wanted to add more expansion pack into my game please help in any you can guys!

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Sorry for the belated reply, but can you un-install your base game and then re-boot the computer ? After which please re-install the base game. Do not interrupt the installation and wait until it has completely finished.
And in order to use our Ultimate fix crack you will need to add at least one of the expansions or stuffpacks to the base game. Please see the steps from #2 to #5 here:
