help me please...windows repair error

This computer had windows reepair error.when I did the windows repair,I receive several same message Can not copy... (filename)
I was call microsoft support but he said the warranty period is ended so they can not do anything ...

I
finally was forced to cancel for one ...when I run computer in normal mode ,it onlu appear black screen with windows xp logo and
the writing please wait ... but not being turned on ... now I use safe mode
with networking ...

how to restore this computer (laptop) to before the windows repair began??

or there is a way to repair using another media?

Hiren boot cd then what?? can it solve my problem??

In this case Í would have reinstalled my Windows. Does the system restore works?

put the windows installation disk , and boot via it.
after it, chose for windows restore.
then pick the last good configure date u remember.

I didn't see windows restore choice.where is it?

select windows repair first , then u can see the restore option

i can't tell u more detail, because i need to boot from disk first for make the tutorial for u huhu the problem is, my friend borrow my windows cd

Yes. But since you can't use your mouse, press R.

then where windows restore?I didn't find it

Repair and Restore is the same, I think. Restore & Repair.

Hopefully you have fixed it, But i think you should upgrade to windows 7, This new softwear helps recover, And fixes you're laptop, Windows 7 is very up to date, This is only my opion, But you are better upgrading to Windows 7 mate Mr.Admin Has windows 7 ultimate i think, So you know its safe
