Battlefield Bad Company 2 error

I keep having this problem with the game It plays well although I can only look to the right and up and I can only move to the right.
Help with fixing this please?

hello,

please go to "C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsBattlefield Bad Company 2" then find "BFBC2Updater.exe"
update ur game first. then don't forget to mount the image .
if u got error when u update the game, just ignore it and keep update it until u get 100% updated.
after that , should be oke
