question,my football manager 2010 cannot run

previously I was can run fm2010 and play it several times until I upgrade patch to 10.1.3 or 10.3 I forgot the version.that was the newest patch

Then an error message appear

then I try to replace fm.exe with fm2010 fix that I get from games4theworld but the same message still appear

I was contact technical staff then they reinstall the game and upgrade the patch,same message appear again and they say it is compatibilty problem,the game cannot run in xp

I was try to reinstall the game without upgrade the patch(previously I was can run the game before update the patch) and fix it(https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/fixes-f18/updating-football-manager-2010-to-v103-fix-t178.htm#1183) but the same message appear

today,I open readme files and really confused.the technical staff say the game cannot run in xp but the readme files(created by the game developer,sega) said

Well, it's probably not compatible with XP.

But when I read the readme files,It only make me cannot view 3d matches but can still run the game

I really can't see what the problem exactly is. It's a very strange problem. Maybe it's your Graphic Card and / or maybe it's your Operating System. You should try to install the Game on an other PC.

but why I can run it in same pc with virtual pc?

With which OS in Virtual PC?

same with the computer.in another computer with same os also the game can run...

Do you mean, another computer but same specification with your computer ?

Then, why not just run it in Virtual PC?
