Consignment Store Glitch &

It looks like I got two glitches hoping someone can help me find a fix.

1. The first is simple, the consignment store is always empty. It didnt used to be like this before but whenever i hover over the register it says the store is closed. At all hours. It might have something to do with nobody having the job now but how could i check whether thats the case? I did go to buy build mode sledgehammered the register and placed another one, a consignment one.

2. The second problem is other sims react with disgust at my sim. First I thought it was my partner since she does this daily, and thought it might be reputation related. But i dont have the unfaithful trait when I looked under mastercontroller. They say "nuh uh" when reacting even thought i used the clean slate lifetime reward, heres how it looks

Yeah I have story progression on. I think ill try running register and assigning another role sim to it. I also wanna unassign a resident sim from manning the park booth.

As for the traits, yeah theres no unfaithful trait. Even looking at the scrapbook and seeing the statuses nothing negative either. No cheater rep or anything. I even changed the traits thinking it may be a conflict, like party animal is to loner or what have you, but nope its still doing this.
