Sims 3 Pets Limited Edition Items Empty Sims 3 Pets Limited Edition Items

I've downloaded TS3 Pets which is working well, but there's no way for me to buy pets in Pleasant View - my usual town - because I can't get the pet store. I know there's a Neighbourhood Pet Adoption area in Appaloosa Plains, but as all my generations are in Pleasant View, this doesn't really help.

Is it possible for G4TW to release a torrent containing only the additional items such as pet store, so those of us who want to add on to the expansion are able to?
