Good Day !! I had just saw this and I realized that it is a creation of "Thesimsupply" unfortunately you can download this but some of its content may not appear because this was created with backyard stuff pack. Just to let you know this was created with the latest patch and I don't know if it will work with our G4TW patch. 

Yeah, sorry about that. It's not playable with our version of the game.

The original is not in the gallery, but you can get a redecorated copy if you want.

I got a copy, it's a residential lot under a different name though. I'm play testing tonight and will upload in 24 hours.
