Connecting to peers issue

I can't for the life of me download the new sims 4 crack, it's been stuck on connecting to peers for days and I have tried every suggestion I have seen.

I have logged into my router and it's added onto the exceptions, opened the port
Disabled my firewall
Disabled all antivirus software
I've tried a few different torrent downloaders

I don't know what else to try.
