Sims 4 Crashing on loading screen

My sims 4 has been crashing, ive managed to narrow it down, i installed each expansion and tried it after each install to see which one it is, and after i copy and paste "City Living" expansion, i load up the game as normal, it loads for the first few seconds but then it just freezes, i can still hear the music in the background, but its frozen and doesn't move.

Before you re-installed the expansions, did you also move the Sims 4 folder from Documents\ELectronic Arts to your desktop (or renamed it).
Freezing on startup is mostly caused by some items in that folder.

I did not try that, thanks, i will give that a try now and see if it changes anything.

Right, i have just removed everything sims related from my computer, and now ive reinstalled sims 4, do i now just copy and paste each expansion, as its stated in the instructions, into my sims 4 folder? or is their some patch i need to install?

All expansions are (almost) the same.
Exception is Toddlers/Vampires.
