Help: "can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system".

After the latest update 1.33.38 i got an error when i try to open the game."can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system..."  I searched and find that i should turn off the origin but i don't know how. Please help.

hello. if all you want to do is to disable Origin, below is how to do it:

a. if you want to turn off “Origin In Game” for all games:

• open Origin;
  
• click on “Origin – Application Settings – Origin In Game;”
  
• remove the tick next to “Enable Origin In Game.”
  

b. if you want to turn off “Origin In Game” for a specific game (TS4):

• Open Origin;
  
• Click on "myGames;"
  
• Right-click on the game for which you want to turn off "Origin In Game;"
  
• Choose "Game properties;"
  
• Tick the option "Disable Origin in game for this game."
  

i tried to upload some images picturing the process, but got a message informing "could not upload pictures. system is full."
