Already have Sims 4 Mac crack (with Wine), unsure how to add Cats & Dogs

I've had The Sims 4 for ages now, which opens automatically with Wineskin. I tried to use Wineskin Winery and install a wrapper for my current Sims but couldn't find the .exe file. I was just wondering is it possible to add the Cats & Dogs expansion to my current crack? I'm not sure what file I need to add where (as I don't have a wrapper for my current game, it just opens automatically with Wine)

im having a hard time adding the cats and dogs too to my mac.. and i for sure know what im doing.
