I've tried EVERYTHING, please help :( [SOLVED]

EDIT 2: I got it working. I just continued through the guide and installed what was still missing after mansions and gardens. They just really wanted the M&G update, I guess.

EDIT: It apparently did this with University Life, too.

So, I've been following the installation guide and the "READ THIS" thread to the letter. I get to bon voyage, get through the whole install up to "the program will now ensure your game is up to date". after the failed update, it terminates the installation, undoing all progress it made. I've tried moving the folder, re extracting the pack, changing the compatibility mode for autorun, anything that I could think of. I want to have the full TS2 experience, please help.

So you installed up to "Mansion and Garden-Stuff", and THEN the installation/update of "Bon Voyage" worked? Very Happy
