Sims 3 Complete Collection Launcher

Hello there!

Firstly, thank you for all the hard worlk :-)

I downloaded the sims 3 Complete Collection and it works great except i can't seem to get the launcher to work.

When I go into the folder i have
S3Launcher.exe
Sims3Launcher.exe
Sims3LauncherW.exe
TS3.exe
TS3W.exe

when I open one that should be the launcher then I get an error messagethat says"unable to get property length of undefined and null reference" on like 624 char 4, and the launcher doesn't work properly as a result so I can't install my worlds.

If this is the price I pay for the convenience then that is fine :-) but if I am doing something wrong then please help me and please be patient with an old girl. :-)

Which "Complete Collection" did you install? The one with the individual installers for each expansion, or the most recent "all-in-one"?

If it's the one with the individual installers, did you use WinRAR for extracting the .rar archive/download...?

Another thing. Besides this strange issue with the launcher, are you able to run the game otherwise? Can you try right-clicking on the Sims3LauncherW.exe and choose "run as Administrator"?

Apart from that, maybe this here could be interesting:

I know this is tricky to do, but it could be an alternative.

It is the all in one and other than that it works perfectly. I clicked run as administrator and there was no difference.

I was thinking about another possibility, one that I encountered myself many years ago. Can you try (re-)downloading and (re-)installing the latest version of "Java"?
https://java.com/en/download/

Please also check whether you have any Windows updates available. If so, please install these too.   Then see if your launcher issue persists.
