Missing worlds, lots not showing after being placed in world.. (validator report included)

So I'm not entirely sure what's going on, I just keep having a lot of glitches and don't know how to solve it. I've tried going through many pages of the forum, but others' recommended resolutions didn't seem to help. I included my validator report.

Delete those files:

Add "Game\Bin" folder to your anti-virus exception list, download "Game" folder from the latest update.
