I installed The Sims 1 + Hot Date addon (CD version) few days before The Sims: Complete Collection and The Sims: Complete Collection won't start.

Sorry for the belated reply,

This G4TW Sims 1 torrent is meant as a standalone pack; so if you have anything else installed you should UN-install that (beforehand). Then start over with the G4TW torrent. I myself am not an expert with The Sims 1 unfortunately, so that is all I can think of.

A good third-party tool to help you uninstall things is "Your Uninstaller Pro", which you can also grab from the download list. Make sure to choose "Super Mode" when uninstalling, and then re-boot the computer.

Thanks. It's working now. I delete The Sims 1 and expansion with Your Unin-staller! and install Complete Collection.
