Anybody help with validator results please?

Hey, 

I have just installed The Sims 4 on my new system and it doesn't seem to be working, it's showing a white screen. I followed the steps carefully but I don't know what's happened!? 

I read through the forum and it suggested to run the validator as people have had these issues in the past? 

Below are my results, if anybody can help I will be forever grateful!!

You're missing files from base game. Here's how to fix it:
1. Move your game to C:\Program Files\The Sims 4
2. Install base game again (it will install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4)
3. Move those files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to C:\Program Files\The Sims 4:
data/client/clientfullbuild0.package
data/client/clientfullbuild1.package
data/client/clientfullbuild2.package
data/client/clientfullbuild3.package
data/client/clientfullbuild4.package
data/client/clientfullbuild5.package
data/client/clientfullbuild6.package
data/client/clientfullbuild7.package
data/client/clientfullbuild8.package

4. Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
5. From C:\Program Files\The Sims 4 delete those files:
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll
game/bin/origins.ini
game/bin/rldorigin.dll
game/bin/rldorigin.ini
game/bin/rldorigin_ext.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64_ext.dll
