Get famous DLC

Looking for the sims 4 get famous download i can just apply over all the other g4tw expansion pack, just not really sure which one is right, and how to download and install, since it's changed from last pack.

Only file type changed, it's .7z now instead of .rar but it's still an archive you need to extract. The rest is the same.
