I've recently installed the G4TW Sims 3 Create-a-World Tool and I'm trying to export a world to my game, but it says I need a 256x256, 24-bit PNG image of the world as a thumbnail to export. I have a 256x256 PNG but I cannot figure out how to get it to be a 24-bit. Please help?

Welcome to the Forum and sorry for the late response,

Some image viewing programs (IrfanView) have such an option to increase/decrease the "color depth". IrfanView is available for free, check it out if you like. Or grab a pirated Photoshop straight away.
