More than enough seeders. I would recommend - if you're not doing it already - to use qBittorrent. For an example comment on optimal qBittorrent settings, see this here. Also double-check whether you have the right ports opened in your modem/router. For further information see the documentation that came with your modem/router or contact your ISP.

Also, if you happen to use a VPN for torrenting, make sure to connect to a server that specifically supports P2P-traffic. Most VPN providers usually have a mix of P2P and non-P2P servers. And in case of the latter, you won't be able to connect properly to other peers. Ask your VPN provider about P2P-capable servers in case of doubt.
