Problems with Manual Patch

I'm getting this error message when I try to use the Manual Patch. The error massage is as follows...

I should also add that when I was downloading this patch, I got an warning message from the downloading screen saying something about this file being downloaded by others or something like that. I didn't see what all it had to say.

Re-downloading the patch should fix that error.
Use Internet Explorer to download the patch, just to be sure. Also, do not pause it during the download process.
