1st problem is i cant open the sims 3 launcher on step 11 ultimate fix.. 2nd is i cant open the manual update too.[SOLVED]

i installed the base game from pirated dvd.. and i can play it..
then i downloaded the expansion from torrent...
i have installed the sims 3 pets and world adventures.. but couldnt play both..
and actually in order to installed the expansion i changed the gameversion code coz i cant update it at the first place..
then i followed the ultimate fix.. but..
when i want to open the sims 3 launcher it said the sims 3 launcher has stopped working...
then i tried the manual update but it said the setup has detected that no version of the sims 3 is installed..
now i cant open the base game too..
just please help me... thx

That's probably your base game, it sounds like it could be a modified installer which isn't recognized by the patcher.
Was it pre-cracked?

No problem as long as it's a non-modified installer.
