Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)

Hi G4TW ,

I had installed all the sims expansions: base game, ambitions, diesel stuff, fast lane stuff, generations, high-end loft stuff, katy perry's sweet treats, late night, master suite stuff, outdoor living stuff, pets, showtime, supernatural, town life stuff, world adventures without updating to 1.39, then I started sims launcher and update to 1.39. I downloaded Ultimate Fix for Mac for 1.39 version and follow the steps 1-15.
Doing that in order, the game on startup (using launcher and using TS3W.exe directly), shows me the message of the topic title: "Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)"

How can I fix it?

Where did you get your base game from?

All games from G4TW. In a 40 GBs pack. From Pets to Supernatural, from TPB also but one torrent per expansion

I'm afraid our base game doesn't work with Macs.

I tried to install EP per EP and the error comes only installing Town life stuff. Now I have al the EP and SP except Town life stuff

I have the base game and all the expansion packs installed as directed and then installed the ultimate fix but I keep getting the same error. I have a mac and the base game through Fast Lane I bought on CD, subsequent EPs are from gameworld. Why is it not working after installing supernatural and applying the ultimate fix crack?
