Sorry for the late respond,

Just create an account on The Pirate Bay first.
Now, scroll down and choose 'Upload Torrent', as you can see bellow:
Upload Required Tpb10


Now just do as said, and your Torrent should be Uploaded! If you still have got any more questions, feel free to post them here.
