installer stoped working! [SOLVED]

my installer stopped working and now is stuck on /the sims3/gamedata/shared/packages/fullbuild0.package
its; been stuck now for 4 hours and i tried restarting it and the same thing happens

You probably missed the pop-up that should appear at that part. Please try this:

First, Mount both Images. When the Installation asks for Disk 1, click 'Browse' and select óne of the two Mounted Images. If you get an error, just click the other Image you Mounted. When the Installation asks for Disk 2, do the same. The Installation should go on now.

i didn't mount the disks i burned them to dvds and when i use the other disk it says error wrong disk
