Sims Medieval Problems Empty Sims Medieval Problems

I was trying to do the whole Sims Medieval Ultimate Fix thing, but when I copy the .dll and .exe files from the Medieval folder in the Game folder and then go onto the launcher, even though it's only version 1.0- it says the game is up to date and I can't continue with the fix. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Did you download the Pirates & Nobles expansion pack for The Sims Medieval?
