Have you switched active households after you sent the kids to boarding school? I noticed that if I do, the kid is back in the household but is listed as in boarding school and won't attend the local school.

oh and if you send a child or teen to a boarding school, there is a 1-2 day period when they are signed up, but are still home and go to the local school - this is, I imagine, because of paperwork :p

Usually when I used the boarding school, it'd take a few days for them to actually leave. But then something would happen and they'd usually end up back home within a week. The boarding school system is still pretty bugged, so it may just be a problem in your game. Are you using any mods or custom content?

I have to agree that does seem really odd... I have only used boarding school a few times but no bugs when i do, They leave the next day no matter if it's the weekend or not.

Your first post makes me think that you're talking about the school lot you get with the Town Life stuff pack. Is what you're referring to? Or do you actually mean the proper boarding school where you pay money and your children move away?

If it's the school lot from the SP that you're having issues with, you could try deleting the original local school, and only have one school in the town. If it's actual boarding school, ignore this Razz I cannot help there, my game has no issues when it comes to that.
