problem with 1.50 patch

my game was running fine until i installed the 1.50 manual patch then i downloaded the ultimate fix after. i copied and replaced the .exe and .fll or whatever that second file is called. when i go to start the game, it tells me i need to insert the disk. how do i resolve this?

When you copied crack, where exactly did you put it?
