No new town for Univeristy

Does anyone know why I don't get anew town when I install the university EP?

You don't get a new town for university.
The university is treated like France, egypt,etc. in World Adventures.
You can be there for a certain amount of time. (Your 1 or two terms) Then you graduate and leave. Then if you want or able to, you can go back again.

The world shown at the beginning of the video is Aurora Skies.
The other "world" is the university and as i said, its treated like the World Adventure worlds.
Yes, you can edit them but you can't stay there long term.
The university is attached to ALL of the worlds installed on your game.
