May the Fourth be with you.... Empty May the Fourth be with you....

Post by Guest Tue 03 May 2011, 22:22

Wandered in looking for answers to my questions about why Sims Medieval is no longer saving and since I got the answer here and a way to fix it (until EA gets off their tushes and does a better patch) I decided I'd stick around and see what else is going on here.

I belong to other communities similar to this one (RR being one of my favorites, no offense) and it never hurts to have good information at your fingertips.

I have many consoles for playing many games, but I lean towards PC (nothing to do with the fact I'm a computer technician!) and my two favorite handhelds; NDSi and PSP the most. Yes, I'll jump on the Wii or Dreamcast every once in a while, maybe even the PS2 but I tend to go back to my favorites time and time again. As I am sure most do.

I play many types of games. Obviously Sims Medieval is one of them (and the first Sims game I've ever played), but the list includes Dragon Age 2, Lego Star Wars III-- heck any Lego game period, A few of the Star Wars games, Need for Speed, some Disney games (currently writing up a guide for Alice in Wonderland for the NDS, finished with the PC/WII version), and other assorted titles that just are not popping into my head at the moment.

Not sure what else you are dieing to know about me. I work on PCs as a day job (own business), play with web design as a side hobby (obviously not my own site cause it sucks right about now) and have a lot of "useless" knowledge.

Feel free to as questions if you have any. Been a big fan of Star Wars since I was little and my favorite Starbucks drink is a Peppermint Mocha and yes, I know how the saying goes (in reference to my topic title) but tomorrow is May 4th and I just could not contain myself on the play of words. Yes. I am a smarta** and can use sarcasm effectively.

Hi there Peppermint_Jedi,

Thank you for joining our Forum and sharing your hobbies with us. I hope you'll find help to all your questions here.
Also, if you have some spare time, please share some of your stuff and (especially) knowledge with us, if you want.
Do you actually work wíth PC's (technical, hardware) or work ón them (office, programmer)?

Yeah, we could use some fun here, I think. Wink

I work both of the PC angles...the software and hardware/technical. Apparently this makes me more valuable as a technician..who knew? Wink

I have no problems with sharing, all people need to do is ask. Smile
Thank you for the welcome.
