My Launcher has no text. [SOLVED]

I just recently uninstalled my sims 3 games after them being installed for about 6 months
its started to act weird and wouldnt let me update

Sooo i have reinstalled it about 3 times already since wednesday and yesterday i was just content that it worked...the problem is this:



the launcher has no text now, the buttons still function tho..and i did nothing different than usual i use the same files each time ( have used these files for a number of years now) i read in another post that if i do the manual patch it should fix it but i did that and i was current still no change i just applied the Ultimate fix and still nada...along with all that my cc doesnt show up either

but like i said the game does work its just the launcher is jacked up

i forgot to install a patch when loading up the base game
