****failureobject on smartphone and a white box outside my house

I am able to use the smartphone with no issue but the "****failureobject" name is pretty annoying and I seem to missing a model of something outside of my house but I pretty much have every expansion so what could it be? How do I fix this.

Afterwards you might have to delete the object with the white box and buy the same item again - just to be sure...

Will that fix the smartphone issue too because I installed the packages and I still get ****failureobject.

Is it like this in a new game too?

I think the box appeared after some guy came to deliver an aptitude test to my household.

I was meaning the cell phone. Lets take care of that first. One problem at a time

Uh another issue popped up..

I tried to see if the cell phone problem would crop up on a new save/character but I can't load any towns, from sunset valley to starlight shores. The bar will fill up to 99% and just be stuck there for ages. My normal saves still work.

What is my next move?

Completely back up and remove "Document/Electronic Arts/ Sims 3" Then test to see if a new game will load.

The failureobject issue does not show up in my new household, any clue on how to get rid of it in my current household.

You could try using Porter by NRaas to take that family, or the entire town, to a different town, and see if that helps.
