Too many inactive proprietor @ Kareoke Bar in Aurora Sky

Hello everyone, I have encountered some other minor problems in the game

1. the town im playing is aurora sky. There are sooo many proprietor at
the mickey's Kareoke bar, its like full all the time. none of them are
active too.. (audition for gig greyed out)

2. Simfest always seem to be held at the mickey's kareoke bar but the show is always empty. sims cheer for the show but the stage always appear to be empty (in this case all the sims there are the proprietor)

Does this happen in any other town?

Did you place any other areas with stages available for use?
