Can't check social groups all of a sudden.

Now don't confuse this with can't gain social levels cause thats still working. i was playing and everything was fine i checked my social groups every now and then but in the same game session i become bohemian with rebels and i went to check my social groups but the screen won't pop up. blog screen is fine it still pops up. so i save and quit and reload the game, still nothing. then i restart the computer which i already felt wouldnt help anyway, and it didnt lol. anyway long story short i need help. yes i have cc but im not using any on the town im in if that helps. please and thanks in advance.....

even if youre not using it, its in the game. Try taking it out if youre not using it anyway and see what happens if you load it without any CC

how do i remove cc?

if you have custom content in .package format you can find those in my documents electronic arts the sims 3 and then mods packages. Copy the entire mods file to your desktop.

If it's in sims3pack format. It's also in the sims 3 but under downloads. copy those to your desktop aswell, open your launcher, go to installed content, select all and uninstall. That removes them entirely from the game.

Then you need to clear your caches to make sure any content is erased from the game files. Run the game

i removed the cc fullly and the problem is still there, i could start a new game but i would lose my sculpting progress lol i made it to stone dang it lol.

i deleted the save game and made a new one,  everythings working so far so i guess this can be closed until further issues lol. thx for the help though..
